Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Bellah App Development LLC collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information through Youth Football Stats, our websites, mobile applications, and related services.

The Service is designed primarily for adult coaches, team administrators, league representatives, parents, guardians, and other authorized adults. Team administrators and other users may provide information about players, including minors. Accordingly, some personal information maintained through the Service may have been provided by another person rather than directly by the individual to whom it relates.

Depending on how the Service is configured and used, we may collect:

• Account information: name, email address, telephone number, organization, team role, login credentials, and account preferences.
• Team and player information: player name, age or age group, jersey number, position, team affiliation, schedule, participation information, and game or season statistics.
• User content: notes, communications, files, photographs, videos, or other content submitted through enabled features.
• Transaction information: subscription plan, billing status, purchase history, and limited payment-related information received from our payment processor.
• Device and usage information: IP address, device type, operating system, browser, app version, identifiers, crash records, access times, and interactions with the Service.
• Communications: support requests, feedback, and other correspondence.
• Information from third parties: information received from team administrators, organizations, authentication providers, payment processors, app stores, or integrations selected by users.

The Service is intended to be operated by authorized adults. Children under 13 may not create accounts or independently submit personal information through the Service.

Adult account holders may provide Player Data about youth athletes. Before doing so, the account holder must be the player’s parent or legal guardian or must have obtained any authorization and parental consent required by applicable law and organizational policy.

A parent or legal guardian may contact us at contact@football-stats.app to request access to, correction of, restriction of, or deletion of their child’s information. We may verify the requester’s identity and relationship to the child and may coordinate the request with the applicable team administrator.

If we learn that personal information was collected directly from a child under 13 without legally sufficient parental authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete or appropriately restrict that information.

We do not knowingly use Player Data for targeted advertising or sell Player Data.

We may use personal information to:

• create and administer accounts, teams, rosters, schedules, and statistics;
• authenticate users and control access to team and player information;
• display information to users authorized by the applicable account administrator;
• process subscriptions and maintain transaction records;
• provide support and send administrative, security, and service communications;
• diagnose technical problems and improve functionality and usability;
• detect fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents;
• enforce our Terms of Service and protect users, players, and the Service;
• comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests; and
• create aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify a player or user.

We will not use identifiable Player Data for materially different purposes without providing appropriate notice and obtaining any legally required authorization.

We may disclose personal information:

• Within the team or organization: to users authorized by the applicable team administrator and according to the Service’s visibility settings.
• To service providers: to hosting, database, authentication, analytics, customer-support, communications, security, payment, and similar providers that process information for us.
• At your direction: when you enable an integration, export information, invite another user, or request that information be shared.
• For legal and safety purposes: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or enforce our agreements.
• In a business transaction: in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of some or all of our business, subject to appropriate protections.
• With consent: when the individual or authorized representative otherwise directs or authorizes the disclosure.

We do not sell Player Data. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify an individual.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain team records, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Unless a longer period is required for a legitimate legal or operational reason:

• account information is retained while the account remains active and for 30 days after closure;
• active team and Player Data is retained while the applicable team account remains active;
• deleted or closed-account information is removed from active systems within 30 days;
• backup copies may remain for up to 90 days before routine deletion; and
• transaction and legal-compliance records may be retained for the period required by law.

Team administrators should delete Player Data when it is no longer needed for legitimate team purposes. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information that no longer reasonably identifies an individual.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These measures may include encryption in transit, access controls, authentication safeguards, logging, backups, vendor controls, and logical separation of team accounts.

No security measure can guarantee complete protection. Users must protect their credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to contact@football-stats.app. We will provide legally required notifications following a qualifying data-security incident.

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:

• confirm whether we process your personal information;
• access or obtain a copy of your personal information;
• correct inaccurate personal information;
• request deletion of personal information;
• opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, sharing, or profiling; and
• appeal our denial of a privacy request.

To submit a request, contact contact@football-stats.app. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law.

Parents and legal guardians may submit requests concerning their minor children. Requests involving team-managed Player Data may require coordination with the applicable team administrator or organization.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. If we deny an appeal, you may contact the appropriate state attorney general where applicable.

We and our service providers may use cookies, software development kits, local storage, pixels, logs, and similar technologies to operate the Service, maintain sessions, remember settings, measure performance, diagnose errors, prevent fraud, and understand Service usage.

We use Stripe to process subscription payments. When you subscribe, Stripe’s own SDK (Stripe.js) runs in your browser and may set its own cookies (such as __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid) for fraud prevention. Stripe collects and processes your payment details directly; we do not receive or store your full card number. See Stripe’s privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy for details on Stripe’s own data practices.

You may control certain technologies through your browser, device settings, app permissions, or any privacy controls we provide. Disabling necessary technologies may prevent portions of the Service from functioning.

The Service does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, or contacts.

We do not knowingly use Player Data or information from children under 13 for targeted advertising.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes via email.
