Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Youth Football Stats (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Youth Football Stats is a web-based application that allows youth sports teams to record, store, and review game and player statistics. The Service is provided by Bellah App Development LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to create or control an account. The Service is intended for adult coaches, team administrators, league representatives, parents, guardians, and other authorized adults. Children may not create accounts or independently submit personal information through the Service.

If you use the Service for a team, league, school, club, or other organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. In that case, “you” includes both you and the organization.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, restrict account access to authorized users, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

The Service allows authorized adult users to submit information relating to youth players, including names, team affiliations, jersey numbers, positions, schedules, participation records, and performance statistics (“Player Data”).

Before submitting Player Data, you represent and warrant that:

• you are the player’s parent or legal guardian, or you have obtained all permissions and consents required from the player’s parent or legal guardian;
• your collection and submission of Player Data complies with applicable law and the policies of your team, league, school, or organization;
• the Player Data is accurate and appropriate for the Service; and
• you will not submit sensitive information that the Service does not expressly request.

You must maintain reasonable records of required permissions and provide confirmation of authorization if we reasonably request it. If a parent or guardian withdraws permission or lawfully objects to the use of Player Data, you must promptly stop using and sharing that information and cooperate with its correction, restriction, or deletion.

We may remove or restrict Player Data if we reasonably believe it was submitted without authorization or presents a privacy, safety, or legal risk.

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing intervals, subscription periods, and included features will be disclosed before purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew for successive periods equal to the original subscription period until canceled. By purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fee and taxes to your selected payment method at the beginning of each renewal period.

You may cancel through your account settings or by contacting contact@football-stats.app. If purchased through an app store, cancellation must be completed through that app store. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not ordinarily generate a prorated refund for the current subscription period.

Except when required by law or expressly stated at purchase, payments are nonrefundable. We may change future subscription prices by providing advance notice, with the change taking effect at the next renewal.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and promptly notify us of suspected billing errors. You may not initiate a chargeback for a valid charge without first making a good-faith effort to resolve the issue with us.

You may not:

• access or disclose another team’s or player’s information without authorization;
• post inaccurate, unlawful, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, obscene, or privacy-invasive content;
• use Player Data for recruiting, marketing, profiling, gambling, wagering, eligibility decisions, or other purposes unrelated to authorized team activities;
• upload medical, educational, financial, government-identification, precise-location, or other sensitive information unless expressly requested by the Service;
• scrape, harvest, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Service data;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation or authority;
• reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or circumvent security features of the Service;
• introduce malicious code or use automated systems without our permission; or
• use the Service in violation of law, league rules, or organizational policies.

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, limit access, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect players, users, or the Service.

As between you and us, you retain any rights you have in the information, statistics, and other content you submit to the Service (“User Content”). You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, transmit, display, back up, and otherwise process User Content only as reasonably necessary to:

• provide, maintain, secure, and support the Service;
• carry out your instructions and enabled sharing settings;
• comply with law and enforce these Terms; and
• improve the Service using aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify a player or user.

This license ends when the applicable User Content is deleted from our active systems, except for temporary backup copies, legally required retention, and aggregated or de-identified information.

We will not use identifiable Player Data for third-party advertising, sell it, or publicly promote a player without separate authorization.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Bellah App Development LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as necessary to use the Service.

The Service is an administrative and statistical tool. Statistics may depend on information entered by users and may contain errors or omissions. We do not certify player performance, eligibility, recruiting potential, health, safety, or compliance with league or school rules. The Service is not a substitute for official team, league, school, medical, or safety records.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OR DATA PRESERVATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER BELLAH APP DEVELOPMENT LLC NOR ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) $100.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bellah App Development LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from: (a) User Content or Player Data you submit; (b) your failure to obtain required authorization or consent; (c) your violation of law or these Terms; or (d) your misuse of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, create a security or privacy risk, or use the Service in a manner that may harm a player, user, organization, or the Service.

Where reasonably available, an account administrator may request an export of team data before account closure. Following termination, we may delete User Content and Player Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and retention practices. You are responsible for maintaining any records that your team or organization is legally or operationally required to retain.

Sections concerning ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, disputes, and other provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective after termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any lawsuit permitted under these Terms must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes via email.
