Team roles & invites

Admins vs. viewers

• Admins can add and edit players, games, and plays, manage seasons, and invite or remove members.
• Viewers can see the roster, games, and stats, but can’t make changes — great for parents who just want to follow along.

A team can have up to 5 admins, but no limit on viewers. If a team is at the limit, an existing admin needs to be moved to viewer (or removed) before another member can be made an admin — Team settings shows this limit and disables the option when it’s reached.

Inviting people

From Team settings, you can either:

• Invite by email — enter their address and choose a role. They’ll join with that role automatically the next time they sign in with that email.
• Share an invite link — create a link for a role, then send it any way you like. Anyone who opens it and signs in joins with that link’s role.

Changing roles or removing someone

In Team settings, admins can tap a member’s role to change it, or tap Remove to take them off the team entirely.
